SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7 Relating to mandates                             
imposed on the states by the federal government, was read the                  
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator                 
Pearce be shown as a cosponsor on the resolution.  Without                     
objection, it was so ordered.
